Trunk or Treat 2017

On Saturday, October 28th from 1pm - 5pm, the Pine Island Minnesota Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the first-ever Trunk or Treat event in the parking lot across from City Hall in Downtown Pine Island. Bring your kiddos--dress in costume and join us for the fun event!  Local businesses and organizations will be handing out candy, toys, and goodies from the trunk of their cars. Please bring a canned or non-perishable item for the local food shelf.

About Pine Island, MN
About Pine Island, MN

An hour south of the Twin Cities and an easy 15-minute drive from Rochester, Pine Island is located along the beautiful banks of the Zumbro River. Our community is rich with Minnesota history, including historic Main Street and the Cheese Factory building at Trailhead Park.

Plan your visit around one or more of our city’s seasonal events: the Cheese Festival, Winter Fest, Citywide Garage Sales, or the Island Classics Car Shows. While you’re here, enjoy our establishments throughout the city—savor a cup of coffee, catch a movie or play, peruse our flower shop, or challenge friends to a game of bowling.

Come to visit, come to stay, and be a part of our quaint and growing community. The Lions Club, Toastmasters, and Island Riders Saddle Club are just a few of the activities to get involved in... All this along with many academic, athletic and extracurricular activities put on by our progressive  and innovative public school district. See you on the banks of the Zumbro!
